If it's unsafe to call our 24-hour hotline at 518-432-7865, please use our chat option. Chat may be safer and more private for some survivors of violence, or a survivor's preferred method of communication to reach a trained DV advocate.
Although the chat sessions are strictly confidential and encrypted, your electronic device may be monitored by an abusive person. If you feel your electronic device is being monitored, please contact us on our hotline. If you are unsafe and in need of immediate assistance, call 911 for the police.
