The Board of Directors and the leadership of Equinox, Inc. recognize the need to operate an effective compliance program to ensure applicable regulations and laws are followed.  The non-discrimination statement advises clients of their right to not be discriminated against in service provision.  The Notice of Privacy Practices informs agency clients of how their Personally Identifiable Information (PHI) may be used.  The list of language services lists how to access interpreters or translators in the top 15 languages used in NYS.
